If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a refund where payment has already been taken.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, courier service, product availability, and other operational factors.

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe shown on our website or at checkout. However, delays may sometimes occur due to courier issues, high order volume, public holidays, weather disruption, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

After telling us that you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the item to us. UK guidance states that online customers have this cancellation right even if the item is not faulty.

For change-of-mind returns, the item should be unused, in its original packaging where possible, in resellable condition, and returned with all included accessories.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used headphones, earphones, personal care items, or products with broken hygiene seals may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive the returned item or receive proof that the item has been sent back.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the issue, where possible
  • Packaging photos if the parcel arrived damaged

An unboxing video may help us review the issue faster, but it is not mandatory for valid faulty, damaged, or incorrect item claims.

Where the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will offer an appropriate solution in line with UK consumer law. This may include repair, replacement, or refund.

8. Warranty and Consumer Rights

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty or store warranty. Warranty terms may vary by product.

Any warranty offered is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or limit your rights under UK consumer law.

Warranty does not usually cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repair or modification
  • Damage caused after delivery by the customer

Faulty goods are handled in line with UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, refund rights for faulty goods must be handled without undue delay and within the required legal timeframe where applicable.
