7. 14-Day Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. 

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, labels, manuals, and parts, and in the same condition as received, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
